R.C.T. Media Group, Inc. is a working operation. Not a brochure.

R.C.T. Media Group, Inc. is a veteran-owned, family-led corporation operating four working divisions across independent media, advocacy, coaching, and consulting. The company was founded by Robert O. Cole-Taylor Sr. and is governed by President Victoria A. Cole-Taylor. The corporation is registered in Florida, federally credentialed, and operates under USPA press accreditation.

We are not a traditional newsroom. We are not a traditional consultancy. We operate where investigative work, advocacy, and operational discipline overlap. We hold every division to the same internal standard, on every desk, on every byline, on every contract. The standard does not change because the audience changed.

Family Led is not a marketing word. It is a structure. It is what keeps the work from bending when the room gets loud. It is what makes the long arc possible.

Why this company exists.

R.C.T. Media Group, Inc. was built from the same place I came from. A kid who had to fight for his own voice. A young man who had to play both roles when there was no one else. A father who had to learn to fight harder, and to speak truth even when it cost him.

I learned early that every person deserves a voice, and the knowledge to use it. Not everyone gets that chance. Not everyone gets that guidance. I didn't. I had to build it the hard way.

That is why this company exists.

We do not compromise integrity for comfort, popularity, or anyone's feelings. We do not sugarcoat truth. We do not bend for pressure.

We stand with the underdog because we were the underdog. We stand with the overlooked because we were overlooked. We stand with the ones fighting alone because we fought alone too.

This division also holds the company's historical record and archival custody. Work that is built to last has to be preserved correctly from day one.
